Book your favourite flower arch for either a full day or half a day (up to 5 hours*). Flower arch hire starts from £350 and our prices are fully inclusive of the agreed hire period, professional installation, delivery and public liability insurance up to £1million. How Do I Book?

If you’d like to book a flower arch backdrop, please email us or call us with details of your event so we can check availability for you. If your preferred flower arch is available on your date, we’ll send you a quote along with the link to our online booking form.

A deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days of receiving your invoice, to secure your your event date and the remainder is due 8 weeks prior. We’ll schedule a balance payment reminder so you have one less supplier to worry about!

Then What?

After payment of the balance, your bit is done! We will contact you and your venue prior to your event to arrange delivery, positioning and collection. If your venue requires a copy of our public liability insurance information we can send that directly to them.

On the day, the team will arrive promptly to set up in the pre-arranged location within your venue. We ensure that structure is positioned safely and looks beautiful for flawless photography! Please note that collection times vary depending on the venue.
