The Hire Process
How Much Will it Cost?
Hire your favourite flower wall for a full day or more at your Cotswold based event (Gloucestershire, Worcestershire or Oxfordshire) from just £350. Our prices are fully inclusive of the agreed hire period, professional installation, delivery/collection and public liability insurance up to £1million.
How Do I Book?
If you’d like to enquire about booking a backdrop, please email or call us with details of your event so we can check availability and send you a no obligation quote. If your preferred backdrop is available on your date and you’re happy with our quote, you are welcome to proceed straight to our online booking form.
Once we have received your booking form, we’ll send over the invoice by email. A deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days of receiving your invoice, to secure your your event date and the remainder is due 8 weeks prior. We’ll schedule a balance payment reminder so you have one less supplier to worry about!
What Happens on Event Day?
So that we can collate all of your event day information, you will be sent our Final Details Form to complete online approximately 2 weeks before the event. If your venue requires a copy of our public liability insurance, risk assessment or PAT testing report we can send that directly to them.
On the day of the event, the installation team will liaise directly with your venue and set up in the pre-arranged location. We ensure that structure is positioned safely and looks beautiful for flawless photography!
