Terms and Conditions of Sale


For the purpose of the sale of artificial flowers, Midlands Flower Wall Co (MFWC) is a trading name of Faux Flower Market Ltd. By making a purchase from Midlands Flower Wall Co you are entering into a ‘Sales of Goods’ contract and acknowledge the following terms.

Lead Times

Our standard lead time is 4 weeks however this is dependent on the project and can vary during busy periods. You will be advised of the lead time prior to placing your order. The lead time commences 24 hours after all item(s) have been paid for in full.


VAT at 20% is applicable to all products and included within all prices as quoted.


Delivery charges may apply. Please find all delivery info in the footer of our website.


Guidance on how to install your new floral product(s) is provided in our confirmation email. MFWC advises the best practice to install whilst maintaining the integrity of your walls/internal structures. MFWC accepts no liability for any damage caused your property in the process of installing your new floral products.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our goods, once the materials have been ordered we are unable to offer a refund in the event that the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. It is unlikely that it would be possible to make any changes to your order after the initial 24 hour period.

If it can be proven that your item(s) are defective or we have made an error, we will replace the item. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item by calling 0121 783 4835 or by emailing hello@midlandsflowerwallco.co.uk.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Fire Safety

All silk flowers, flower wall panels and flower arrangements supplied by MFWC are not fire retardant. Just like our competitors, this is a choice we make to preserve the aesthetics of the products we offer. Fire retardant flowers and plants feature a shiny film that ruins the realistic effect of the product. If you require fire retardant materials, there are fire retardant sprays on the market to protect against this risk, however we hold no liabilities for any changes that this may make to the appearance of the flowers.

Office Hours

Our standard office hours for the purpose of placing orders and customer service are Monday-Friday 9.30am-5pm, but do not include Bank Holidays.


We do our best to show accurate representation of the product in our images, however colours can appear different in natural lighting, under indoor lights and on screen. We recommend visiting our Birmingham showroom to view a sample of our products in person, please contact us to arrange an appointment. Due to the nature of silk flower products, there may be slight colour differentiation due to the process of dying flowers in batches, this is almost never noticeable to the naked eye.
