These Terms and Conditions of Sale (‘Terms of Sale’) are the terms and conditions on which Faux Flower Market Limited (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Faux Flower Market’) provides products to you. Your purchase of products from us through this website or via any other method (e.g. telephone or email) is subject to these Terms of Sale. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any products from our site or via any other method. By placing an order for any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. 

Service

Our aim is to supply beautiful, high-quality artificial flower arrangements with excellent service. Operating hours for the purpose of retail are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). To submit an order, please click on the relevant product on our website to view the options available, click on your chosen option, add to basket and proceed to checkout to submit your order. If you are having difficulties purchasing online or would like to pay via BACS, please contact us by telephone or email.

Order

When you place an order for our products via the website (or any other method), we will send you an email thanking you for your order and confirming your payment has been received and accepted by us (the “Confirmation Email”). The contract for the supply of any products will be between you and us and will only be formed when payment has been received. Please ensure that you have given us a correct email address and telephone number as this is how we will communicate with you about your order. Upon receipt of the Confirmation Email, please check the order details for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors.

Production & Delivery

All of our flower wall panels are handmade to order in your chosen design, with an average lead time of 20-25 working days from payment to delivery within the UK. Express delivery to a UK address within 10-15 working days of ordering is available at an additional cost (approx. 30% surcharge). If you would like express delivery or have an urgent deadline, please contact us before ordering or within 24 hours of placing your order.

Prices & Payment

Prices listed on our website (or provided to you by any other method) include VAT at 20% and UK delivery. If ordering from outside of the UK, a delivery charge may apply to your order. Upon receipt of an international order, we will contact you to confirm the cost of delivery.

Whilst we will try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We will normally verify prices as part of the order process. In the event that a product you have ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or administrative error, we will notify you of the correct price before dispatching your order and you will have the option of cancelling your order. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the Confirmation Email, save in the case of an obvious pricing mistake, whereby we will notify you as soon as we can about the pricing issue. You may be able to cancel your order once we notify you in such circumstances. 

Payment for our products can be made by credit or debit card through our website or bank transfer. Once your order has been confirmed, your credit or debit card will have been authorised and the amount marked for payment.

Returns & Cancellation

Due to the personalised nature of all MFWC flower walls, flower panels, flower runners, floral decorations and LED neon signs, if you have made an error when placing your order please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. You may not be eligible for a refund if you fail to notify us within this timescale. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.

For artificial tree trunk and /or artificial tree branch orders, in the event of unwanted goods, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. For a return to be accepted, customers must ensure goods are securely packed in perfect resalable condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return carriage costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

If it can be proven that your item(s) are defective or we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we will investigate the matter accordingly. Please notify us, with photographic evidence, by telephone or email within 2 days of receiving your order.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Fire Safety

All artificial flower heads, panels, runners, frames and tree products, available for purchase on the MFWC online shop, are not manufactured or pretreated to be fire-retardant. For large-scale interior projects, we can arrange professional fire retardant treatment prior to dispatch, with certification, at an additional cost.

It is a legal requirement for commercial premises to PAT test electrical items before use. This also extends to the mains powered LED neon signs that we supply.

UV Treatment

We recommend UV treating all artificial flowers, foliage and plants which will be permanently installed outside or in direct sunlight. The cheapest and easiest way to do so is to purchase a UV protection spray and coat the exposed materials following installation.

Installation

A guide to the best practice for interior installation (whilst maintaining the integrity of your walls) is available upon request. MFWC accepts no liability for any damage caused your property in the process of DIY installation.

Visual Representations

We do our best to show an accurate representation of each product in our images, however colours can appear different in natural lighting, under indoor lights and on screen. To help when deciding on a colour scheme, samples of each of our floral styles are available to purchase on our online shop.
