Case Studies
The MFWC team were contacted by an events agency looking to purchase a specific flower wall design to be heavily featured at the Grand National’s Ladies Day 2022. This was a last minute commission however, the client’s budget allowed for express production to quickly turn it around and deliver the backdrops for some amazing photography throughout social media and the press.
Order Details – Eight 2.4mx2.4m flower walls. Design concept provided by the client.
Turnaround – Three weeks from final concept to delivery (express production).
Logistics – Flower panels supplied to event company pre-tied in large sections with professional guidance for the event company to install on site at Aintree Racecourse.
We had the pleasure of assisting a marketing agency working on behalf of Britvic for their 2023 Festival of Flavour campaign. The original concept was a foliage and fruit wall and we were able to provide image sample of custom designs until the client settled on a tropical backdrop with fruit within the signage.
Order Details – Nine 2.4mx2m flower walls in our Fiji foliage style and nine 1.2m wide custom LED neon signs.

Logistics – Foliage panels supplied pre-tied in large sections with professional guidance for the marketing agency to install on various sites throughout the UK.
We met with a lovely family opening a dessert shop in Essex. The client had a clear vision for the interiors of their dining area, creating various wall recesses specifically for flowers. We worked closely with them to find the right colours to match their aesthetic and from their measurements was able to confirm how many panels were required for each wall and ceiling area.
Order Details – One hundred 40cmx60cm flower panels in five different designs.
Turnaround – Four weeks from final concept to delivery.
Logistics – Flower panels supplied to client with professional guidance for installation.

STEP ONE – CONTACT
Contact us to discuss your design ideas! Please include measurements, any floral design inspiration, LED signage requirements and any deadline dates. Lead times vary by project, so it’s important to know if you have a deadline.
STEP TWO – DESIGN
Our team will create a sample flower panel and send over images with unlimited revisions to perfect your design. Once you’ve finalised your design we’ll provide all costs. Flower wall panels (40cmx60cm) start from just £63!
STEP THREE – ORDER
As soon as your flower wall design, costs and production times have been agreed, we’ll send over our invoice. Following payment, the MFWC team will get to work on your flower wall panels to bring your vision to life!
STEP FOUR – CREATE
An installation or delivery date will be arranged to suit you. Our professional installation service is available at an additional cost however, our flower wall panels are very easy to DIY install with our handy guide!
