Option 1: Remote Design Service
Send us your floral inspiration, images of your space and measurements, and our team will work with you by email and telephone to refine your ideas.
Option 2: On-Site Design Consultation
We’ll visit your premises, take measurements, discuss your ideas and offer expert styling advice. After the visit, you’ll receive a tailored mood board and full quotation. Consultations start from £50 (location dependent) which is fully redeemable against your order.
All installations are made to order with a minimum three-week lead time, ensuring a completely bespoke finish that complements your brand or interior perfectly. Once the deposit is paid, we’ll create a sample of your floral design with unlimited revisions before producing the final product.

2025 - KAYALI Exhibition Stand, Paris
We were thrilled to be approached by a PR & events company working on behalf of KAYALI, the luxury fragrance brand known for its opulent scents and beautifully curated campaigns. With a major exhibition in Paris on the horizon, the brief was to create a striking custom flower walls that reflected KAYALI’s elevated aesthetic and made a bold statement in a high-end setting.
Order: 45 ‘Kylie’ flower wall panels (40cmx60cm)

To bring this vision to life, our ‘Kylie’ flower wall panels were the perfect fit. Rich in romantic tones of pink and white with detailed, dimensional florals, Kylie offered just the right balance of softness, depth and impact – ideal for a luxury brand activation.
Working closely with the events team, we helped confirm the quantity and layout needed to create a stunning floral arch installation that would act as the centrepiece of the KAYALI stand. The panels were carefully selected to create a sense of drama and elegance, all while being easy to transport and assemble onsite.
The end result was a show-stopping floral arch that perfectly captured the luxurious world of KAYALI – attracting attention, driving photo moments and adding an unforgettable floral backdrop to the brand’s Paris showcase. This project highlights just how seamlessly our flower wall panels can be used to elevate exhibitions and brand events on an international scale.
2024 - Dessert Shop & Cafe, London
We had the pleasure of working with a fantastic family launching their brand-new dessert shop & cafe in London – and they came to us with a unique vision. From the start, they knew they wanted their interior to stand out, designing a series of wall and ceiling recesses specifically to be filled with custom flower walls. Naturally, we were excited to help bring their concept to life!

Our process began with a collaborative design consultation, where we explored colour palettes, floral textures and the overall atmosphere they wanted to create. We guided them through our wide range of panel options to find the perfect mix – selecting five designs, customising them to tie in with the brand’s aesthetic and make each corner of the shop feel special.
Using the client’s measurements, we calculated how many panels would be needed for each wall and ceiling area, ensuring the final layout would be seamless and eye-catching. The result? A tailored floral design scheme that’s bold, welcoming and 100% unique to their business.

2023 - Britvic Festival of Flavour Campaign, Nationwide
We were delighted to support a marketing agency working on behalf of Britvic for their vibrant Festival of Flavour 2023 campaign – a nationwide celebration of taste, colour and creativity. The goal was to create eye-catching custom flower walls that would energise event spaces and reflect the bold, fruity spirit of the Britvic brand.

The initial concept focused on custom flower walls filled with foliage and artificial fruit. After creative development, the client refined their vision to a more modern, clean look: lush tropical foliage walls in our popular Fiji style, with playful artificial fruit accents cleverly integrated into the custom LED neon signage.
We supplied a total of nine large-scale foliage flower walls, each standing 2.4m high and 2m wide, along with nine bespoke 1.2m neon signs featuring punchy, campaign-specific phrases to tie the look together. These installations were set up at multiple sites across the UK to support various events and activations within the campaign.
This project was a brilliant example of how impactful branded décor can be when florals, signage and concept come together. Bold, tropical backdrops that were completely on-brand, helping Britvic’s campaign make a memorable splash.
2022 - Ladies Day at the Grand National, Aintree Racecourse
We were thrilled to be approached by an international events agency with an exciting last-minute commission: to produce standout custom flower walls for Ladies Day at the Grand National 2022. As one of the most glamorous dates on the UK racing calendar, the event called for custom flower walls that would deliver impact, luxury and serious social media sparkle.

- Logistics: Panels supplied pre-tied in large sections with full installation guidance provided. Set up by the client’s team at Aintree Racecourse.
The client had a clear vision for specific custom flower walls that would take centre stage at Aintree Racecourse – serving as a photo hotspot for press coverage and racegoers throughout the day. Despite the tight timeline, the agency’s flexibility with budget allowed us to fast-track the production process through our express service.
Working quickly but without compromise, we produced eight custom flower walls measuring 2.4mx2.4m, pre-assembled in large sections to allow for a fast and straightforward installation on-site. The finished result created a high-impact, cohesive backdrop that elevated the entire event space and featured prominently across press coverage, influencer content and guest photography on the day.
This project proves what’s possible even under pressure – with collaboration, clarity and creativity, a standout result can be achieved in record time. A perfect match for one of the UK’s most stylish sporting events.
2021 - HydraFacial Retail Floral Displays, Nationwide
In 2021, we were approached by HydraFacial with a bold and creative vision – to design and produce bespoke floral display units for clinics across the UK. The concept was to create eye-catching, branded retail features that would reflect the premium, clinical-meets-luxury feel of the HydraFacial experience.
- Order: 50 custom floral display units with artificial florals and branding
- Turnaround: 6–8 weeks from final design approval to completed delivery
- Logistics: Full production and floral completion handled by Midlands Flower Wall Company; final delivery logistics managed by HydraFacial’s UK distribution team
HydraFacial provided us with an initial idea and our team quickly got to work, transforming it into a tangible product – taking the project from design development right through to full production. The final display units were sleek, black rectangular structures standing approximately 3ft high, featuring a cut-out circle filled with premium white artificial flowers and clean, bold company branding. The design offered a striking balance of clinical professionalism and fresh, floral beauty – perfect for treatment room displays and retail spaces.
We managed the entire process end-to-end: from the commissioning and manufacture of each unit, to hand-filling them with high-quality artificial florals. Once complete, all 50 units were securely packed in custom made packaging and dispatched to HydraFacial’s UK warehouse, where their internal team coordinated final delivery to individual clinic locations.
This project was a brilliant example of how floral design can elevate branded experiences in the retail and clinical space. The end result was a clean, impactful and scalable display solution – perfectly aligned with HydraFacial’s luxury aesthetic and rollout goals.
