For the purpose of event hire, Midlands Flower Wall Company is a trading name of UK Flower Walls Ltd. All invoices will be sent from and payable to UK Flower Walls Ltd only. Once you have completed our online booking form, an invoice will be emailed to you with a copy of the following terms and conditions of hire attached. Please let us know if you require us to complete any new supplier documentation or add a PO number to your invoice.

A deposit of £100 is required within 7 days of receiving your invoice. The final balance is due no later than 8 weeks before your event, unless agreed otherwise. If your event is due to take place within 8 weeks of booking, full payment is due within 7 days.

If your deposit is not paid within 7 days, please contact us to recheck the availability of your date.
