Your Sequin Wall Hire Questions

How much does it cost to hire a sequin wall?

Hire your favourite sequin wall from our event hire collection from just £225 (other decorations, including balloons and neon signage, will be quoted separately on request). Our prices are fully inclusive of the agreed hire period, professional installation, delivery/collection and public liability insurance up to £1,000,000.

What size are the sequin walls?

All of the sequin walls in our event hire collection can be installed up to 2.4m x 2.4m however, we are able to create smaller walls if you have limited space. Please contact us for further information.

How long can I hire a sequin wall for?

Full day hire is quoted as standard. We also offer multiple day hire at a heavily discounted rate per day.

Do you deliver and set up the sequin wall?

We take care of your backdrop booking from start to finish. Every quote includes delivery, professional installation on a freestanding frame and collection.

Can I personalise the sequin wall?

Absolutely! The best way to add your own touch to one of our backdrops is to add a custom neon sign! Our sister company Neon Now can help with any custom LED neon sign requirements. If you would like to add other decorations, such as balloons, or create a package with a flower wall we can also arrange this for you.

Can the sequin walls be used outdoors?

Backdrops from our event hire collection require installation with sufficient overhead cover and level footing for the health and safety of you and your guests. Please see our terms and conditions of hire or contact us for further information.

Do you offer any other decorations?

Our team specialises in artificial flower walls, flower arches, sequin walls and LED neon signs however, we’d love to help you source anything else you may need. We have an ever growing little black book of supplier friends to help you create the perfect event!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible. To secure your preferred flower wall, we require a £100 deposit within 7 days of completing the online booking form. The balance is then due 8 weeks before your event.

Do you travel to my location?

We are based in the Midlands but have travelled all over England and Wales to provide our luxury flower walls to events of all shapes and sizes. Contact us with your event date and location for a quote!

How do I book?

Please contact us with details of your event, including date and location, so we can check availability and send you a no obligation quote. If your preferred backdrop is available on your date and you’re happy with our quote, please complete our online booking form. Once we have received your completed form, we’ll send over your invoice by email. A deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days of receiving your invoice, to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your event. We’ll also schedule a balance payment reminder so you have one less supplier to worry about!

What happens on the day of the event?

So that we can collate all of your event day information, you will be sent our Final Details Form to complete online approximately 2 weeks before the event. If your venue requires a copy of our public liability insurance, risk assessment or PAT testing report we can send that directly to them. On the day of the event, the installation team will liaise directly with your venue and set up in the pre-arranged location. We ensure that structure is positioned safely and looks beautiful for flawless photography!
