How much does flower wall hire cost?

To provide you with a quote for event hire, please send us your event date and location so that we can check availability and confirm the cost. Our flower wall hire prices are fully inclusive of the agreed hire period, professional installation, delivery/collection and public liability insurance up to £1,000,000 – so all you have to do is choose your favourite style!

What sizes are available?

All of the flower walls in our flower wall hire collection are 2.4m x 2.4m however, the following options are available up to 4.8m wide – Kim K, Victoria’s Secret, Tropical and Florence. If your space requires a smaller sized flower wall to hire, please contact us with your measurements.

How long can I hire a flower wall for?

Full day hire is quoted as standard. Half day hire, up to 5 hours, is available for events within 20 miles of CV4. We also offer multiple day hire at a heavily discounted rate per day.

Do flower wall hire prices include installation?

We take care of your backdrop booking from start to finish. Every quote includes delivery, professional installation (on a freestanding frame) at a convenient time for you and de-rig at the end of your event.

Are the flowers real or artificial?

All of our flower walls are made from premium artificial flowers – we are often asked if they are real during installations!

Can I customise a flower wall?

The best way to add your own touch to one of our flower walls is to add a personalised sign! Our sister company Neon Now can help with any custom LED neon sign requirements. For floral customisation, please contact us.

Can flower walls be used outdoors?

Backdrops from our event hire collection require installation with sufficient overhead cover and level footing for the health and safety of you and your guests. Please see our terms and conditions of hire or contact us for further information.

Do you offer any other decorations?

Our team specialises in artificial flower walls, flower arches and LED neon signs however, we’d love to help you source anything else you may need. We have an ever growing little black book of supplier friends to help you create the perfect event!

How far in advance should I book flower wall hire?

We recommend booking as early as possible. To secure your preferred flower wall, we require a £100 deposit within 7 days of completing the online booking form. The balance is then due 8 weeks before your event.

Do you travel to my location?

We are based in the Midlands but have travelled all over England and Wales to provide our luxury flower walls to events of all shapes and sizes. Contact us with your event date and location for a quote!

Can I see examples of your work at past events?

Of course! You can find a flower wall decor gallery on our home page and a smaller gallery for each style of flower wall on this page. We also have an active Instagram account. If you would like to see more pictures of a specific style, just ask.

How do I book flower wall hire?

Please contact us with details of your event, including date and location, so we can check availability and send you a no obligation quote. If your preferred backdrop is available on your date and you’re happy with our quote, please complete our online booking form. Once we have received your completed form, we’ll send over your invoice by email. A deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days of receiving your invoice, to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your event. We’ll also schedule a balance payment reminder so you have one less supplier to worry about!

What happens on the day of the event?

So that we can collate all of your event day information, you will be sent our Final Details Form to complete online approximately 2 weeks before the event. If your venue requires a copy of our public liability insurance, risk assessment or PAT testing report we can send that directly to them. On the day of the event, the installation team will liaise directly with your venue and set up in the pre-arranged location. We ensure that structure is positioned safely and looks beautiful for flawless photography!
