Our installations are at the heart of everything we do and we need people who take pride in getting the details just right. As part of our freelance setup crew, you’ll be delivering/collecting and installing/de-rigging our flower walls, floral arches and event décor at weddings, launches, photoshoots and private parties across the Midlands and beyond.

Role: Event Installation Crew (Freelance/Part-Time)

• What you’ll do: Load, transport and install flower walls and backdrops; liaise with venues; ensure professional and safe setups
• Location: Based in the Midlands with travel to surrounding areas
• Ideal for: Freelancers, students, van owners or anyone who loves events and has access to a fully insured vehicle
• Pay: From £20 per hour plus mileage. Rate for each individual job will be confirmed in advance.

Role: Brand Ambassador / Affiliate Partner

• What you’ll do: Promote our flower walls, signage, and decor through your network, blog, social media or in person
• Location: Work remotely from anywhere in the world!
• Perfect for: Influencers, bloggers, stylists. Bonus points if you have a following in events or interiors!
• Pay: Commission based. Earn a percentage of every confirmed hire booking or sale you refer
