We accept returns of unused artificial tree products within 14 days of delivery (exc. custom trees), at the customer’s cost. Each tree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Returns of unused telescopic flower wall stands are accepted within 14 days of delivery, at the customer’s cost. All stands undergo thorough quality control prior to dispatch. If you notice any quality issues, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. |
