Send us a message with your event date, location and preferred backdrop from our event hire collection. We’ll reply promptly with availability, pricing and additional styling options like neon signs. We can also point you in the direction of other recommended event decor suppliers to further enhance your flower wall for hire experience.

Step 2: Secure Your Booking

Once you’ve chosen your favourite backdrop from our event hire range, we’ll send over the link to our quick and easy online booking form. As soon as this has been completed, we’ll issue an invoice to book you in. A £100 deposit is required to secure your date and the balance is due 8 weeks prior. No hidden fees, just transparent and easy terms.

We’re committed to making the booking process as stress-free as possible, so you can focus on other important event details. We’ll also provide you with confirmation of your booking and keep in touch with any updates or helpful reminders leading up to your event.

Step 3: Dotting the I’s and Crossing the T’s

Around 2 weeks before your event, we’ll send over our final details form to gather up the last bits of information to assist us with booking in and completing your installation and collection. We’ll ask for the available window of time for both installation and collection to ensure your backdrop is set up in good time and removed efficiently.

We’ll also use this opportunity to check any special requests you might have for your flower wall for hire, such as exact positioning, personalised signage or preferred floral colours, so nothing is overlooked. If required, we can also send our public liability insurance information, PAT test reports and/or risk assessments directly to your venue to make sure all health and safety standards are covered.

Step 4: Delivery & Installation

On the day of your event, we’ll arrive at your venue within the window of time you have specified. Setup takes just 30–60 minutes depending on the backdrop size/type and access route for unloading. We’ll position your flower wall for hire in the spot requested—or find the perfect photo-ready position if you’re not sure. If you’ve booked or purchased a neon sign, we’ll hang it too – all included
