How much does it cost to hire a flower arch?
Flower arch pricing depends on factors such as your chosen design, event date, event location and hire duration. Every quote includes professional installation, delivery, collection and public liability insurance up to the value of £1,000,000, so you’ll always know exactly what’s included before booking.
How long can I hire a flower arch for?
Full day hire is quoted as standard, but we also offer multiple-day hire packages for weddings, corporate events or festival-style setups. If you need your flower arch to stay in place for several days for religious ceremonies, ongoing branding, exhibitions or a shop display, just let us know – we’ll tailor the perfect hire plan for you.
Do you deliver and set up the flower arch?
Absolutely! We take care of your flower arch booking from start to finish. Every quote includes careful delivery, professional installation on a sturdy freestanding frame, and post-event collection. You don’t need to lift a finger, our team ensures it looks perfect and stands securely.
Are the flowers real or artificial?
All of our flower arches and flower walls are made from premium artificial blooms – so lifelike that we’re often complimented on how real they look during setup! They stay fresh-looking all day and require no maintenance.
Can I customise the flower arch?
Yes, you can! Our ‘Florence’ foliage options provide a great base for floral customisation. In addition, you can also make a statement and personalise a flower arch with a custom neon sign. Our sister company Neon Now creates custom LED neon signs to complement any backdrop. For floral colour changes or specific design features, please contact us and we’ll work with you to customise your arch perfectly.
Can the flower arches be used outdoors?
Yes – all our arches are frame-based and suitable for outdoor use when there is sufficient overhead cover and level footing. They’re perfect for garden weddings, outdoor ceremonies or summer events. Just check our T&Cs or contact us to make sure your venue meets requirements.
Do you offer any other decorations?
While we specialise in premium flower walls, flower arches, sequin walls and LED neon signs to hire, we’re always happy to help source additional décor. We have a curated network of trusted suppliers – from balloon stylists to furniture hire – to help you build out a cohesive event look.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early, especially during peak seasons. Booking in advance ensures you get your preferred arch and hire period.
Do you travel to my location?
We’re based in the Midlands but we travel extensively across England and Wales to provide stunning arches for events of all types, including weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Contact us with your event date and location, and we’ll provide a tailored quote.
Can I see examples of your arches at past events?

How do I book?
To book your favourite flower arch, fill out our contact form with event details. If we’re available on your date, we’ll send a no-obligation quote. Once you’re ready, complete our online booking form. You’ll receive an invoice via email – a £100 deposit secures your arch, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your event. We’ll remind you so it’s stress-free! If your event is taking place in the next 8 weeks, the balance is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
What happens on the day of the event?
A couple of weeks before your event, you’ll receive our Final Details Form. Please share any venue requirements such as public liability insurance, risk assessments or PAT testing, and we’ll liaise directly with your venue. On the day, our team arrives early to ensure your flower arch is set up safely and beautifully, ready for flawless photos and guest wonder.
