Production & Delivery:
- Standard – Free UK delivery. Average lead time of 20–25 working days for production and delivery.
- Express – Express delivery within 10–15 working days of ordering is available at an additional cost.
- International – International delivery is available.
Maintenance: A custom artificial tree is suitable for indoor and outdoor use – out of extensive, direct sunlight to protect against colour fading. Flowers can be cleaned with a clean dry cloth or duster as often as required.
Artificial Tree Materials: All of our artificial flowers and foliage are made from polyester fabrics (often referred to as silks). Our artificial tree products are not UV treated/flame retardant however, sprays can be used for you to treat following purchase. Colours viewed on screen may appear slightly different in real life.
