How much does sequin wall hire cost?
To provide you with a quote for hire, please send us your event date and venue location so we can check availability. All quotes include your agreed hire period, delivery/collection, professional installation on a freestanding frame, removal at the end of your event, and public liability insurance – giving you maximum sparkle without any setup stress.

What sizes are available?
Our standard shimmer wall backdrops for hire are 2.4m x 2.4m. If your event requires a different size, just contact us with your event date and measurements and we’ll advise you on the best options.

How long can I hire a sequin wall for?
Full-day hire is quoted as standard, but we can also support shorter hire periods or extended multi-day events depending on your venue location and schedule.

Do sequin wall hire prices include installation?
Yes – every shimmer wall hire quote includes delivery, professional installation at a time that suits your venue, removal, and de-rig at the end of your event. We manage the full installation and breakdown, so you never have to worry about assembling anything yourself.

Can I personalise a sequin wall?
Absolutely! Signage and lighting pair beautifully with a shimmer wall backdrop. We can recommend placement ideas if you’d like inspiration, and we also have LED neon signs in our hire range that look stunning against a sequin wall display.

Can sequin walls be used outdoors?
A sequin wall can be installed outdoors if the ground is level and there is suitable overhead cover to protect the frame and ensure guest safety. If you’re unsure about your outdoor space, contact us with your event details and we’ll advise the safest and most practical setup.

Do you offer any other decorations?
Our team specialises in statement backdrops such as sequin wall hire, flower walls, foliage walls, floral arches and neon signage. If you’d like help styling a room around a backdrop, or want it to stand alone as the main focal point, we’re always happy to share ideas and suggestions for your space. How far in advance should I book sequin wall hire?
We recommend booking once you’ve shortlisted your favourite style and confirmed your event date. We’ll check availability, coordinate an installation window with your venue and guide you through the next steps so everything feels simple and organised.

Do you travel to my location?
We are Midlands-based but install backdrops all over England and Wales. Distance is never a barrier, contact us with your event date and venue location and we’ll provide you with an all-inclusive quote.

Of course! You’ll find shimmer wall photos in the gallery on this page, plus more examples on our Instagram. If you’d like to see more images or videos of a specific style, just ask! We’re always happy to share.

How do I book a backdrop?
Please contact us with details of your event, including date and venue location, so we can check availability and answer any questions you may have. If your chosen backdrop is available on your date, we’ll send over your quote with a link to our online booking form. Once we receive your complete booking form, we’ll email your invoice over and confirm your booking by email. From there, our team coordinates delivery, installs the backdrop for you, and de-rigs at the end of your event, keeping it seamless and stress-free.

What happens on the day of the event?
To gather all of your event day information, we’ll send our Final Details Form to complete online approximately 2 weeks before the event. If your venue requires documents such as proof of public liability insurance, risk assessment or PAT testing, we’ll send these directly to them. On the day, our installation team liaises with your venue and sets up your sequin wall in the pre-arranged location. We ensure the structure is positioned safely and looks stunning for flawless photography and maximum shimmer impact.
